As this is an AHG meeting called to progress work in view of the planned publication of a Call for Contributions on “Mapping of Traditional Rights and Usages (TRU) to the digital space” at the next DMP General Assembly in October 2004 (GA04), participation is open to interested parties who are not DMP members.

You are strongly requested to send an email by 10th of September if you wish to attend.

MEETING PURPOSE

Purpose of the meeting is to

  1. Review the existing TRU templates

  2. Develop a first draft of the Call for Contributions on “Mapping of Traditional Rights and Usages (TRU) to the digital space”

  3. Develop a first draft of the Issues in “Mapping of Traditional Rights and Usages (TRU) to the digital space”

Note that the meeting of this ad hoc group this will be followed (at 14:00 on the 15th) by the meeting of the Ad hoc Group on "Requirements for Interoperable DRM Platform (IDP) and Interoperable End-user Devices (IED)".
